The Bistro Food Truck has a minimum off-site catering fee of $850.00 for weekdays and $1200 for weekends, with clients responsible for paying the difference if the minimum is not met. A minimum of 65 guests is required to meet the minimum, and 40-50 feet of parking space is needed.
Events outside of Chattanooga will incur a traveling fee starting at $150.00. The Bistro Food Truck is not liable for cancellations due to unknown maintenance issues or severe weather forecasts. Any pre-paid funds will be refunded within 7 days. The food truck reserves the right to adjust parking arrangements for safety reasons based on the location. Menu options may vary for specific events.
